Requests and confirmation

A request gets a reference number and the status Pending. Pending requests don't hold the room. Your stay is held only after our team confirms it.

Payment

Payment is made manually using the instructions shown after you submit. Uploading proof doesn't confirm the booking. Staff verify each payment.

Cancellation

The cancellation terms for each property are shown before you submit, and the version you accepted is saved with your request.
